“Yes, the world is a theater. Where all men and women are actors. Here everyone is assigned their own exit. Not one of them plays a role.” Have you ever dreamed of investigating mysterious cases where it is extremely difficult to distinguish between truth and lies? Two law students try on this role of detectives: a teacher at the law school has given them the task of finding evidence that the person who was convicted is not guilty. Olufemi Hassan and Charlotte Holroyd receive a bunch of letters, text messages, newspaper clippings and must figure out who really committed the crime. But there is one “but” - they are dealing with a closed group of people: in such small communities, social hierarchies remain strict, loyalty is strong, and resentments multiply. And this community is the theater troupe “Actors of the Honest Path”. Who is honest, and who is playing a role? And will the first-year students manage to figure out such an obviously complicated case?
