This work, entitled “Archaeology of Sloboda Ukraine,” was dated December 11, 1923. It consists of two sections. The first provides a general description of all types and types of archaeological monuments and presents their examples known in the Sloboda region. The second section is devoted exclusively to the Stone Age. O. S. Fedorovskyi describes in quite detail various techniques of stone processing, starting from the Paleolithic and ending with the Neolithic period inclusive. At the same time, the scientist lists all the finds of Stone Age monuments known to him in the region he studied and lists those that were discovered during his research. In addition, the Kharkiv archaeologist provides analogies to other monuments in Ukraine, and in some cases, Asia and Africa.
