Love makes people make sacrifices. The main character decides to lock himself in a psychiatric hospital called "Atalas-sa" to figure out whether his feelings and feelings for him were real. On this path, he gradually discovers for himself the unusual, complex world of those whom society has decided to isolate, labeling them with the stigma of "abnormality". The plot of the novel unfolds against the backdrop of the historical events of one decade, which radically changed the lives of all the inhabitants of Cyprus, when the actions of completely normal representatives of the island society and two other states led to the tragedy of a coup d'état, intervention and annexation of territories.
