Based on archival documents and memoirs, the biography of the Ukrainian public and cultural figure, educator, teacher, bandura player, native of Zolotonosh Mykhailo Oleksandrovych Zlobinets (1883–1937) is presented. A separate block contains a reprint of M. Zlobinets’s work “Self-taught to play the kobza or bandura”. The publication was prepared for the 140th anniversary of his birth.
