House on Tradd Street

Melanie, a successful realtor, is an ambitious careerist, inaccessible to men, who has a difficult relationship with her father. She has the ability to see beings from a parallel world, but denies it all the time. She is not interested in old houses that keep stories. But she had no idea that she would inherit one from a client she had only seen once. According to his will, the house on Tradd Street, complete with antiques, a dog and the ghosts of its former owners, now belongs to Melanie. However, there is an unusual condition: in order to inherit the property, a woman must restore it and live there for a year.
