"Ladies' Happiness" is a world-famous multi-layered work by Emile Zola. Against the backdrop of Paris, which is saying goodbye to old laws and literally before our eyes is becoming the center of world fashion, the main character - a young girl Denise - begins her journey of formation. A simple provincial girl finds herself in a big city that knows no regrets, but is not going to give up. Without any means of subsistence, Denise gets a job in the women's clothing department of a modern department store, where she shows extraordinary abilities.
