As teenagers, Helen, Annie, and Laura were inseparable: they shared joys, sorrows, and dreams of the future. However, after graduating, their friendship ended. Many years later, Helen returns to her native land to visit her sick father. Circumstances bring the whole company together again. But now they are three adult women with complex characters and destinies. They are forced to spend time together, communicate, and ultimately figure out what went wrong in their lives.
