Dombeiko

The game is the leitmotif of the collection of short stories "Dombeyko". Some people think that our whole life is a game. If so, then war is a game elevated to the absolute, because nowhere else will you experience such different, sometimes diametrically opposed situations in terms of emotional coloring, meet special and bright characters, encounter such terrible or heroic deeds and at the same time experience such unpredictable, sudden changes. The novels highlight the lives of ordinary people, dialogues and events that happened to the heroes from the beginning of the war in the east in 2014 to the present day. In some texts, there are mystical elements that seem to demand to take the story more lightly, but only until you realize that the basis and inspiration for writing these novels were real events, because life is usually more intricate than any fantasy. It is a skilled croupier and always forces to play by its own rules.
