"Express to Galicia" is a new detective novel by Bohdan Kolomiychuk, in which tangled cases and dangerous investigations await the reader.
Spring of 1906. During a vacation in Switzerland, Lviv police commissioner Adam Vistovych unexpectedly gets involved in a dangerous spy game in which not only human lives are at stake, but also the fate of empires. After deciphering a secret document, Vistovych learns too much, as for an ordinary detective from distant Austrian Lviv.
At the same time, a strange russian patient disappears from a clinic in the spa town of Baden, who is wanted by the intelligence services of several countries at once, and an unremarkable translator from German is murdered in Venice. Vistovych will have to find out how these events are connected and why the traces of seemingly unrelated cases lead to Lviv.
