Rob is an avid music lover who runs his own half-bankrupt music store in London. Rob has just been dumped by his girlfriend, Laura, and he is both sad and happy to feel free. After all, her musical tastes were not ideal. Listening to his employees compile another top of the best songs, Rob creates his own - five love stories that ended unsuccessfully, and at the same time tries to understand where in his relationships with women he hits a false note.
