Two men must kill a third. This is Operation Anthropoid: two Czechoslovak saboteurs sent from London are tasked with killing Reinhard Heydrich, head of the Gestapo, head of the Nazi secret services, "the most dangerous man in the Third Reich", the one who planned the "final solution of the Jewish question". Heydrich was Himmler's right-hand man. The SS said: "HHhH" - "Himmlers Hirn heißt Heydrich", i.e. "Himmler's head is called Heydrich".

All the characters in this book existed. All events depicted in it are true. However, behind the scenes of the assassination attempt, another war is taking place, the one between fiction and historical reality. And, despite everything, the story must be told to the end...
