The album is dedicated to the legacy of the architectural genius of Kyiv at the beginning of the 20th century, Vladyslav Gorodetsky. Even then, the artist opposed the pragmatic approach to changing the architectural image of Kyiv. The architect worked with different historical styles, but even today he creates a sense of visual surprise. Each of his buildings is a special world that lets the viewer into a non-everyday dimension of the world, as it decodes the memory of different eras and styles. For the first time, Gorodetsky's artistic method is not only described, but also analyzed. Text by culturologist D. Malakov, afterword by philosopher S. Krymsky. The book received a diploma of the 1st degree of the National Competition "The Best Book of Ukraine" in the nomination "Art Book" at the 4th Kyiv International Exhibition-Fair (August, 2008).
