Dot. Nemo. Yevhenii Volodchenko

“Krapka. Nemo” is the first poetry collection by Yevhenii Volodchenko, aka Zheka Kurgan, the frontman of the Kurgan & Agregat band, a volunteer and veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

The book was created in the format of an art book in collaboration with artist Dina Chmuzh.

The poems have a wide palette of themes and feelings: here is a reflection of military experience, and philosophical reflections on the present, a polygenic catastrophe and the decolonization of consciousness. At the same time, there is sensual lyrics, and an understanding of nostalgia, and charismatic humorous plots, where ideas and grand generalizations intersect with brutal everyday life.

This is a book about a certain destruction of borders, diversity and an attempt to assemble the fragments of a new reality into a new, bright mosaic. Therefore, the visual design corresponds to the diversity of the texts and their unexpectedness - these are collages combined with the author's drawings and watercolor improvisations.

Also, "Dot. Nemo" is a kind of invitation to a dialogue with the reader, which is manifested in the sincerity of the book's voice and in the tools of immersion.
