Elle dreams of writing a script for a big-budget film set in New York, and she gets the chance. But there's one problem: she's having a creative crisis and the script has to be submitted by the end of the summer. Once, the girl promised not to return to New York. But what can't you do for inspiration? A huge apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows, an incredible view, a new coffee shop next door... And her neighbor is billionaire single Parker Warren, with whom Elle had a spicy adventure on the stairs two years ago. Since then, they've been at enmity, and now every meeting with him turns into a whole night of frantic writing.
One summer. Only a wall between them. Each has their own goal when they agree to pretend to be in a relationship. But both need a break from their busy schedules, to rediscover the glitter of skyscrapers, crispy pizza and the sunny charms of the city... The summer will end. The deal too. Their relationship will remain pretend unless it becomes real.
