The second book of the novel-collage, based on a large amount of documentary material (letters, memoirs, photographs), recreates the state of the heroine's soul, starting from the end of 1964 and ending with the last days of the artist's earthly journey, in detail highlighting the high tension of her feelings, thoughts, mirage prospects of family happiness, mood swings, a complex and contradictory struggle of the mind and heart, exhaustion from that struggle, recovery and continuation of the difficult walk along the path determined by Fate. Being true to her calling, overcoming life's hardships, Sofia Karaffa-Korbut continued to create epoch-making works of easel and book graphics, monumental art for Ukrainian art. The reader is waiting for the disclosure of the psychology of an extraordinary woman, who based her life credo on the requirement to be nakedly honest with herself and to demand such honesty from loved ones.
