On a mountainside, along the border of the Kaigen Empire, live the most powerful fighters in the world - superhumans who can raise the sea and wield blades of ice.

But when a stranger appears, pulling back the curtain on Kaigen's supposedly peaceful era, Mamoru realizes that he has little time to become the warrior he was raised to be. Worse still: The empire he must protect may be built on lies.
