Mystic River

As children, Sean, Jimmy and Dave were friends. One day a strange car drove up to their street. Dave got in it, and a few days later it returned. Completely different. What happened ended their friendship and changed all three forever. Twenty-five years have passed. Now Sean is a homicide detective. Jimmy is an ex-convict who has never given up on crime. And Dave is a failed family man who can barely keep his own demons under control. All three try not to remember the past. But one evening, Jimmy's daughter is found brutally murdered. Then Dave returns home covered in blood... Sean takes on the investigation. The three friends meet again to face the truth that they don't want to know at all.
