A young couple, Eva and Charlie, make a living by renovating and reselling old houses. The girls can't believe their luck: they got an atmospheric house in the mountains for a very good price.

One day, a family appears on the doorstep - dad, mom and three children. The man says that he grew up in this house and asks to show his family the place. But as soon as strangers cross the threshold, everything changes. Strange, disturbing things start happening in the house.

Eva desperately wants the uninvited guests to leave and never come back. But the family doesn't seem to understand that they are not welcome here - or maybe they just can't leave.

And then Charlie disappears. And reality begins to slip away from Eva's control. She feels: something is wrong with this house and its former residents. She is in danger... But will Eve be able to save herself - or is it all just a cunning game of her own mind?
