Pandemonium: An Illustrated History of Demonology presents the lineage of Satan for the first time, providing a history and analysis of his fellow fallen angels from Asmodeus to Ziminiar. There will be brief articles on individual demons throughout, but Pandemonium will not be simply an illustrated encyclopedia. It will also focus on the influence of figures such as Beelzebub, Azazel, Lilith, and Moloch on Western religion, literature, and art. From the earliest mentions of demons in the New Testament to the Enlightenment and Romantic eras, when our devils took on a more subtle form, Pandemonium functions as a collection of Luciferian themes from Dante's Divine Comedy to John Milton's Paradise Lost and all points in between.
