The First Sex. Changes and the Crisis of Male Identity

In the book “The First Sex,” historian André Roche explored how the modern perception of men in society was formed. He relies on the context of French history, but Ukrainian readers will recognize many patterns in the functioning of societies in villages and cities.

André Roche is a modern French historian. He received a PhD from the University of Strasbourg. He is the author of many books and publications that are admired by readers abroad.
