The Song of Achilles

Patroclus is an exiled, shy prince with a big heart. Achilles is a fearless warrior, the son of a sea goddess. The book "The Song of Achilles" is a fantasy in which the American writer Madeline Miller resorts to reinterpreting ancient Greek myths and legends to tell the events of the Trojan War from the perspective of Patroclus. This man was never distinguished by strength, agility or sharp mind. But he always knew what duty was, and was devoted to Achilles, for whose sake he was ready to give up personal happiness.
