Return. Anthology of Contemporary Prose

“Return” is the second anthology of contemporary prose from Litosvita school graduates, the texts for which were selected by a jury consisting of Rostyslav Semkiv, Bohdana Romantsova, and Hanna Ulura.

Devastated houses on the front line. Small villages where death is a real event, and large occupied cities desperately clinging to life. A florist who collects special bouquets for those dressed in black, and a school teacher ready to give her all to children. A carpet that has experienced a fate more exciting than the fates of many people, Rebekah the chicken, and even an alien love story against the backdrop of the destruction of an entire planet.

Death, resurrection, loneliness, loss, searching for loved ones, and meeting yourself — all this is depicted by Litosvita graduates in the anthology “Return.”
