At Aizen's request, Freeren and her apprentice Fern set out to find Aureol - a land where, according to rumors, the souls of the dead rest. It is supposedly located in the north of the continent - where the castle of the defeated Demon Lord is. So, along with the new quest, Freeren gets the opportunity to go down memory lane and see his previous adventure from a new angle.
Along the way, they come across Stark - Aizen's apprentice. His fighting skills can be useful to the sorceresses. Yes, the Demon Lord has been defeated, but his henchmen are not ready to lay down their weapons so easily...
