Psycho

"Psycho" is a novel based on a true story that gained cult status thanks to Alfred Hitchcock's famous film adaptation. Norman Bates lives as a recluse in the deep countryside, where he runs a rundown roadside motel. His whole life is about taking care of his elderly mother and reading books in between serving infrequent guests. However, he has one terrible secret that no one can know about. Norman manages to keep everything under control until late on a rainy evening, when a charming guest stops by the motel.
