No matter how scary and terrible it may sound, let's try to imagine a situation where Russia managed to capture Kyiv in three days. What could our lives have been like in a few years?
This novel is designed to show how many terrible developments our country managed to avoid thanks to unity and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Detachment from politics will not save from its inhuman manifestations, just as ignorance of history condemns us to repeating mistakes. The position of "what's the difference" leads to a loss of identity, especially in a world where there is only one, "correct", choice.
