The book “What’s Wrong with Me? How to Develop Resilience and Live Quality Life” is a Ukrainian nonfiction book by psychologist Sofia Terlez and journalist Mark Livin with illustrations by artist Yaryna Mozyl. The authors do not describe their work as a guide to psychotherapy. For them, the text of this book is an honest, deep conversation about revealing the inner state of a person who needs emotional support in difficult times.
Each of the eleven chapters provides techniques and practices for self-knowledge and self-help.
The text is supplemented by QR codes, after clicking on which you can get acquainted with podcasts, articles, studies and many other interesting materials from popular psychology.
The book does not require linearity in reading: its parts are built on stories that either form the basis of the plot or reinforce the authors’ reasoning. You can assemble the “puzzle” in any order.
The publication was created with the support of the All-Ukrainian mental health program “How are you?” — initiatives of Olena Zelenska.
