The taste of freedom

Varya dreams of becoming a chef, creating and reaching a new level. Mom tells her that she can just get married - to a guy from their town. But Varya is so tired of proving something to people who don't understand her that she decides: it's time to find her own taste of freedom. The girl goes to Lviv with the intention of conquering the heights of restaurant cuisine. However, achieving your goal is not so easy: failures and trials await at every step. But when Varya unexpectedly finds a book by the legendary Ukrainian cook of the last century Olga-Maria Franko, her dreams get a chance to come true...

The highlight of the publication is the collection of recipes of author's dishes by Olga-Maria Franko herself, presented at the end of the book.
