“Thus Spoke Zarathustra. A Book for All and None” is a philosophical novel-treatise by Friedrich Nietzsche, written in 1883-1885, the content of which revolves around the ideas of eternal repetition, the “death of God” and the prophecy of the superman. The main character is the Zoroastrian prophet Zarathustra, reinterpreted by Nietzsche, who returns with a sermon to humanity after a long seclusion in the mountains. “The Lust for Power” is the philosopher’s last work, a passionate apology for man, a protest against any forms of spiritual slavery, including religious slavery.
