Such a Diverse Christmas

"Such a Diverse Christmas" — a new collection of short prose by modern Ukrainian writers continues the tradition of Christmas anthologies of "The Old Publishing House".

We always look forward to Christmas! Every time we cherish a new hope for a miracle. And, you know, miracles do happen: bright and mundane, big and imperceptible. Reconciliation of brothers, a meeting of fellow countrymen, the opportunity, hanging at the airport between flights, to simply get a good night's sleep in a cozy "thing" - a hotel capsule or to taste "Christmas log", a French holiday dessert, somewhere in an empty hotel in Normandy. Different miracles, different Christmas. Someone is found at home, someone is on the road, and someone is in the hospital... Christmas is quiet and filled with children's laughter, lonely and in the family circle, solemn and modest, dreamy and nostalgic, traditional and unlike anything else. Everyone has their own Christmas story, their own special Christmas.
