Nag Ryun, Lekon Tinahan, Dokkebi Bihyeon, and the human Keigan Drakar have reached the Hainxia Temple. There, they finally learn more about the prophecy that brought them here: the guardians of the Tower of Hearts are plotting to kill one of the deities. The monks ask Ryun to summon the Goddess Who Leaves No Trace to find out how to prevent the conspirators from carrying out their plan. Ryun fulfills the request - and falls into a carefully prepared trap.
