"In the Glass Forest" is a collection of 13 fantastic stories about the female experience that reflect our reality. Maryna's stories are united by the presence of glass as a metaphor for the female experience and the gender biases associated with it. Glass can be unexpectedly strong, just like ingrained stereotypes, and also painful, because it can cut deeply. And the glass is transparent, just like the female experience, which still often goes unnoticed. But it can be fragile and delicate, like femininity itself.
