Barbarians of the Ice Planet /with a slice/. Ruby Dixon

Alien abduction seemed like the worst thing that could happen to me. But it wasn’t. Because the aliens had problems with their ship, they abandoned their “cargo” of human women—including me—on the icy planet.

We’re completely unsuited to life in this winter wilderness and we’re all going to die, so I head out into the snow to find help.

And I do find help. The big blue horned barbarian introduces himself to me in a rather… startling way. Vectal says I’m his mate, his chosen female, and that the reason his chest is purring is because of my presence. He’ll help me and my friends survive in this disaster, but that brings up a new problem.

If Vectal helps us survive, I’m not sure he’ll want to let me go.
