When it seems that all troubles are behind, life throws Billy a new test. A course of treatment awaits him in a psychiatric clinic for criminals in Lima. This place was considered a real hell on earth. What went on with the patients within these walls was supposed to remain an eerie secret. And the beatings and daily abuse were far from the worst that awaited Bill here. But he is not like other patients. He has 24 personalities and a boundless will to live. Fierce wars are raging in Billy's head, and they will try to destroy him, not realizing that they are dealing with more than just him... Which fight will be easier - against the system or against himself?
