Woodwick

Woodwick is an American brand, founded in 2006, which from the very beginning presented candles with a wooden wick, "so that customers could enjoy the aromas and the soothing sound of crackling fire." The first collection had only 12 aromas. Every year, the developers improved the technology of making candles and by 2010 the brand presented the Trilogy collection - candles created using a unique technology that combines three layers of wax with different aromas.

Today, the company is known for the original design of its products and exceptional quality. The wooden wick has a special shape that creates the effect of a "dancing" flame. It is perfectly combined with the materials used, so both the wax and the wick burn evenly.

The wooden wick is easy to light, easy to care for and does not need to be trimmed, burns well and creates a pleasant sound, has a positive effect on the nervous system - we can say that this is the best wick among those presented today. The only exception when you still need to trim the wick is when the candle flame exceeds 2 cm or starts to smoke. In this case, you need to extinguish the candle, let the wax cool completely and carefully trim the wick to 0.8 cm, carefully breaking off the burnt edges with a napkin or piece of cloth. Remove the remnants of the wick from the wax and only then light it again.

Woodwick candles do not smoke even with prolonged burning. Wax and paraffin are evenly saturated with a high perfume content, so the aroma will accompany you throughout the entire service life. You can use the candle until there is less than 1 cm of wax left in the form.
