How to sell a haunted house

When Louise learns that her parents have died, she is terrified of returning home. She doesn't want to leave her little daughter with her ex and fly hundreds of miles away. She doesn't want to deal with the family heirloom, the house she grew up in, full of creepy puppets. But most of all, she doesn't want to communicate with her younger brother Mark, who has never left his hometown, changes one job after another and quietly hates her sister for her more successful life. Unfortunately, he can't do without her help: to prepare a house for sale, you need a little more than just getting rid of the junk and repainting the walls. Besides, some houses don't want to sell at all, and her parents' house, full of skeletons in the closet, seems to have its own plans for both of them...
