A well-thought-out font on par with Garamond, an individually selected palette and a successful photo will give more than a free set from the Internet, colors that the software automatically offers, and the first photo from the stock. When you have mastered the “correct” way to design and are convinced that each dash is in its place, you can connect to the other pole of the designer’s personality. Then you will be able to find unexpected, provocative moves, challenge the established order of things, try alternative production processes. However, even in this case, the designer’s hypostasis, which zealously monitors compliance with the rules and seeks perfection, must intervene from time to time and check whether the solution found is clear and capable of captivating the viewer.
