Foreign policy in an era of transformation

The world has entered a period of global transformations, the main features of which are a crisis of leadership, nationalism and populism, mutual distrust, unprecedented inequality in the distribution of public goods and the primacy of force over law. Ukraine has become an arena for clashes of interests of global world players. However, in times of radical changes, opportunities open up for our country to overcome the path from the tragic past to the dreamed future. How can this be done, what needs to be realized to achieve this goal?
