A luxurious chocolate-colored Chevrolet, also with Swiss license plates, appears on the streets of the town, attracting surprised glances from local residents. Inside the car is the Kocsis family, immigrants from the Hungarian-speaking minority of Vojvodina, who are coming to northern Serbia to visit relatives. However, even with citizenship of the richest country in Europe, their own business, and the opportunity for a good education for their children, calling Switzerland home is not easy for them... And when war breaks out in the Balkans, the Kocsis find themselves in an unpredictable trap: what can they do for those who remain inside the divided country? This story - of course, autobiographical - is told by the daughter of emigrants, with all the passion of a youthful rebellion against the very existence of a choice between assimilation and preservation of identity.
