Adele Faber and her brother live in the small town of Shu. Once upon a time, their parents were taken away by the Silence, a pitiful and vile mist feared by all the inhabitants of the Solar Kingdom. To get out of poverty and get a chance at a better life, Adele decided to write a sensational article worthy of the front page of Orion, the most popular newspaper in the kingdom. In search of exciting material for the newspaper, avid journalist Adele and her brother Yago will meet Tisha one-on-one. They decide to stay in the street at night, where there will not be a single living soul.

One evening will fundamentally change her life. She will meet the brave Infernal Gentlemen who hunt the Silence Eaters and want to know more about her appearance.
