Following the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer - a natural person has the right to exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days if it does not suit him for any reason. These exchange rules apply to a non-food product of good quality, provided that it has not been used and has preserved its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the settlement document (cheque) issued to the consumer at the time of purchase.
Following the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172 "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", printed editions of appropriate quality are not subject to exchange or return.
If a polygraphic defect in book products is detected, the Seller, at the buyer's request, exchanges the product for good quality or refunds the amount of the returned product. A polygraphic defect is a defect obtained as a result of non-compliance with the production technology, which leads to distortion or loss of information: smearing of ink, non-printing of ink, unclear printing, glued pages, uneven trimming, inverted sheets, absence of sheets or their repetition, inconsistency of the title of the book on the cover its content, etc.
The buyer has the right to return defective book products within 14 days from the moment of receipt. To do this, you should write to the e-mail: email@example.com. When applying the return of goods, the details of the settlement document issued to the Buyer and the sold goods should be indicated. Defective products are returned at the Seller's expense. The Seller makes a refund to the Buyer, in the amount of the value of the returned products, after the Seller receives book products with elements of polygraphic defects.
