Description

A regular snowball fight in the lyceum courtyard ends in disaster for Paul: from now on he will not attend classes and will not see Dargelos, whom he is obsessed with. Locked in a room, Paul and his sister create a bizarre world where they can rule space and time. They attract Gerard, who is in love with Paul, and the young orphaned model Agata. Not fully understanding all the rules and subtleties of the intricate game, they humbly obey the established order.
This world, full of an intoxicating drink of pleasure and invented for protection, slowly turns into a trap, a deadly game, to the end of which the participants have voluntarily put their own lives at stake.
The novel "The Terrible Children" by French writer and film director Jean Cocteau is similar in its coexistence of Eros and Thanatos to "The History of the Eye" by J. Bataille, and in its sound it resembles "The Noise of Days" by B. Vian.
