The Babylonian Library

"The Babylonian Library" is a publishing house specializing in translations of world literature of the 20th and 21st centuries, in particular intellectual fiction, poetry, and drama. We pay special attention to the visual design of our publications - we collaborate with Ukrainian illustrators and artists who create visual concepts that accompany our books - as well as work with printing.

We believe that in the modern world, a book is not only a communicative product, but also an aesthetic one. A team that includes a translator, editor, artist, designer, typesetter, art editor, and art director works on a leather book. At the final stage, each edition of "The Babylonian Library" is an illustrated exclusive book in a high-quality translation.

In parallel with translated literature, the publishing team at the "Babylon Library" launches experimental, in our opinion, important, literary projects in the form of separate publications, events or partnership initiatives with authors, translators or illustrators.
